All tracts 1-5 have some high ground with amazing views, some row crop low flat ground, perfect for animals or huge gardens/fields, and a creek flows through with fish in deeper pools.  Tract 2 also has a half acre pond access.  All have full access and partial ownership in the large Shaw Lake, and can use any boat launch, build a dock or tie up a boat and leave it there.  Acreages include 1/9 ownership of the lake, but you actually have access to far more water and bank acres.  The low ground is not in a FEMA flood plain.

Tract 9:  $114,000 -   69.1 acres (25.1 ac land plus 1/9th interest in 44 lake acres).  This tract is all cut woodland, plus the lake access.  This is a big hunting spot known for all the deer from the surrounding pine thickets!  It includes a 20 acre tract, plus 5.1 acres around the lake, and it is the end of the road!  It has traditionally had a food plot near the center of the 20 acres, but many more could be made now if desired now that it's cleared.
